Its name is derived from Cleaning, Maintenance and Control. Founded in 2022 by the Belgian entrepreneur Peter Meirsman, Limantecon began as a company specialising in the maintenance and cleaning of luxury villas, flats and commercial premises in Marbella. From the outset, the company prioritised quality, discretion and reliability.
As demand grew, so did our capabilities. Limantecon expanded beyond residential maintenance to include advanced cleaning services for technical installations such as solar panels, industrial facilities and vehicle fleets. In 2025, we opened our headquarters in San Pedro de Alcántara. Today, Limantecon continues to grow with the same commitment that defined its early days: to maintain, protect and enhance Marbella’s villas to the highest standard.

In 2025, Limantecon opened the doors of its physical headquarters in San Pedro de Alcántara, a space that combines an operational warehouse, a specialised shop and a professional showroom.
