Its name comes from LIMpieza, MANtenimiento, CONTROL. Founded in 2022 by Belgian entrepreneur Peter Meirsman, Limantecon started as a company specialising in maintenance and cleaning of luxury villas, flats and commercial premises on the Costa del Sol. From the beginning, quality, discretion and reliability were prioritised. Values that quickly earned the trust of all types of owners.
As demand grew, so did our capabilities. Limantecon expanded beyond residential maintenance to include advanced cleaning services for technical facilities such as solar panels, industrial facilities and vehicle fleets.
