Weekly cleaning and maintenance in Marbella
Weekly cleaning and maintenance service designed for owners who are not permanent residents. Our team from Limantecon will visit you weekly to clean and check that everything is in order and working properly. We also check the entire electrical switchboard and if any problems are detected, the client will be informed for a possible solution.
In terms of cleaning, we take care of all interior and outdoor areas.
Cleaning and care of the interior of your property
Vacuuming and scrubbing of floors with specific products depending on the material (parquet, marble, porcelain, ceramic), maintenance of sofas, carpets and rugs to prevent accumulation and damage from and by dust, vacuuming of curtains (also washing, ironing and hanging if necessary) and cleaning of corners, ceilings and under all furniture.
Complete cleaning of the kitchen, extractor and filters, appliances and fridge (disinfection and removal of expired food). A defrosting of the freezer can also be scheduled (recommended every 3 months).
Every quarter, drawers will be taken out for a thorough cleaning, with all utensils removed and put back in place.
In the bedrooms, besides the floor, sheets, towels and bed linen are washed, ironed and stored.
The inside of wardrobes and storage furniture is cleaned every 3 months (it is possible to adjust its frequency).
In the bathrooms, the taps will be opened briefly (to prevent unpleasant odours, limescale and insects), the toilet will be flushed, the sink, showers, bathtubs and any decorations will be cleaned.
If there are indoor or outdoor plants that do not have automatic watering and are not included in garden maintenance, they will be watered and fertilised.
Cleaning of windows, as well as window rails. Shutters, awnings and screens will be cleaned bi-monthly.
Cleaning and maintenance of outdoor areas
Cleaning of outdoor areas to prevent stains caused by resin, pollen, sandstorms or calima, checking drains to prevent blockages and general maintenance of garage and machine room areas.
Outdoor furniture will be covered or stored so that it will not damaged by the weather and put back in place before the client's arrival.
Bioclimatic pergolas will be cleaned quarterly.
A checklist of all procedures will be completed each week.
