Weekly property control in Marbella

Weekly inspection service designed for owners who are not permanent residents. Our team from Limantecon will visit weekly to check that everything is in order and working properly. We will also check the entire electrical switchboard and if any problems will be detected, the customer will be notified for a possible solution.

What services are included in weekly property control service?

While we are in the property, we will open windows to ventilate the house, check the fridge and remove expired food, open all taps for a while to prevent bad odours and limescale, ensure water movement in the general pipes, change filters and check gas cylinders for cooking or sparkling water (Quooker).

All maintenance procedures will be noted in a checklist, which is always available to the customer.
