Detailed cleaning service in Marbella
This type of cleaning is usually carried out before the owner's (or customer's in the case of rental properties) arrival. The detail service includes cleaning and disinfection of all rooms and surfaces inside and outside the property.
The procedures and products used will respect all surfaces to be cleaned and the manufacturer's instructions will be followed at all times.
A list of all completed items and services performed in each part of the property will be available to the client.
What exactly means this deep cleaning service?
All exposed surfaces will be cleaned both upstairs and downstairs, vacuuming and mopping common areas, vacuuming hinges and corners, doors, skirting boards and handles.
Washing and ironing of clothes, sheets and towels. Everything will be correctly stored in its place.
Cleaning bathrooms and toilets
A thorough cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces, toilet, shower and drains, bathtub, taps, tiles, hangers, dustbins (emptying and cleaning), sinks, lamps, mirrors and other accessories such as decorations and shelves will be carried out.
Soap dispensers and refillable air fresheners will also be refilled.
Kitchen cleaning
In the kitchen, all surfaces, furniture and worktops will be cleaned. Besides disinfecting the fridge, all expired products will be removed. All electrical appliances (such as dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, coffee machines, etc.) will be checked, cleaned and tidied.
Exterior
The exterior of the house will be cleared of furniture so that all surfaces and floors can be cleaned. Windows, BBQ, outdoor showers and external kitchen (if any) will all be treated separately whenever it will be needed.
In case of having garden furniture, such as sofas, couches, loungers, cushions, etc, these will be left made up (weather permitting).
